Terms of service

Rules for using prodesk24 — our cloud platform for POS, operations, finance, and customer management.

Last updated: April 14, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using prodesk24 (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

prodesk24 provides software for business operations, including modules such as point of sale, inventory, invoicing, accounting, bookings, CRM, HR, and reporting. Features available to you depend on your subscription and configuration. We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree not to:

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without permission
  • Upload malware, overload systems, or interfere with other customers
  • Misrepresent identity or harvest data without consent
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law forbids this restriction

4. Customer data

You retain rights to data you submit. You grant us a licence to host, process, and display that data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

5. Fees & payment

Fees are as set out on your order or pricing page. Unless otherwise agreed, subscriptions renew per your billing cycle. Taxes may apply. Late or failed payment may result in suspension. Refunds, if any, follow the policy stated at purchase or in your agreement.

6. Term & termination

You may stop using the Service according to your plan terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk to the platform, or legal requirements. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limits, confidentiality) will continue.

7. Warranties & disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, prodesk24 and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event (or, if none, a nominal amount).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance, except where your jurisdiction requires additional consent.
